The first is that I use a 2H weapon so therefore I need the attack speed in order to generate wrath at a decent speed, the second is when activated it will increase your critical hit damage by 100% I will use this along with Condemn to make quick work of an elite pack. There are two reasons as to why I use this skill. You can change the rune if you wish to something like Ascendancy or Blessed Ground. I like to use this rune because more often than not you will be fighting elite packs that like to spread out, this rune can help you with that but will also make quick work of 3 pack elites. This may seem a bit questionable, but our main use of this spell is to get around, this is our only mobility spell, it helps you to get around when doing bounties or rifts but the reason that I use Draw and Quarter is because when you're fighting an elite group and it has the affixes such as arcane enchanted, poison enchanted, thunderstorm, molten, when the enemies are surrounding you, you simply mount up and drag them with you away from the harmful stuff on the floor, allowing you to take down the pack safely.
This skill allows you to mow down big groups of enemies very quickly but also enemies who get in the vicinity of the hammers whilst they're spinning will most likely die before they get to you.
Limitless will allow you to proc even more hammers, the more enemies around you, the better. It is one of the best wrath spenders due to its damage for cost but also because of the amount of area it covers. I did not use this skill until later on and when I started using it I fell in love with it. You can swap it for another skill such as Slash - Zeal if you prefer to be melee, the increased attack speed will allow you to generate wrath faster. I was drawn to this skill instantly mainly because i play ranged classes a lot in every single game I play, Justice allows you to attack from afar whilst the rune will allow you to attack other things, this is useful when it comes to destroying crates or taking down a pack of elites. The general idea of this build is holy damage, Condemn, Blessed Hammers and Justice.
